Logicor has secured three new leases, totalling 26,064 sq ft, at the Hillmead Complex, Marshall Road, Swindon. The 115,711 sq ft multi-let industrial estate is now full let.

UK based soft drink manufacturer Vimto has taken a lease on the newly refurbished Units 6 and 7, totalling 13,055 sq ft, which will be home to a brand-new production facility. Unit 10 has been let to Suds Online and Blue Frog Packaging has expanded on the estate to take a further 7,854 sq ft at Unit 8.

Jack Garrett, Logicor’s UK Asset Manager, comments: “We are delighted to have secured these new lettings. Blue Frog Packaging, was already in occupation of Unit 11 and the new letting of Unit 8 takes their total occupied space up to 15,583 sq ft.
